We are seeking a GTM & Growth Manager to drive go-to-market execution, demand generation, and pipeline creation across AI products and IT services. The role will act as the Pipeline Owner, working closely with the Business Development (Sales) team to ensure a strong flow of qualified opportunities and effective product positioning in the market.
Requirements
- 1+ years in GTM / Product Marketing / Demand Generation
- Strong experience with B2B lead generation and campaign execution
- LinkedIn outreach and digital marketing
- Exposure to AI / SaaS / enterprise product marketing
- IT services (staffing or consulting)
- Basic understanding of RFP/RFQ/SOW processes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
