Role Overview

As DD&IT Global FP&A Manager, you will lead end-to-end financial planning, performance reporting and strategic forecasting across Novartis’ global Digital, Data and Information Technology organization.

What You Will Do

You will lead the global Financial Planning and Analysis calendar, coordinate key deliverables, milestones and dependencies, and prepare performance dashboards, variance commentary and decision-ready reporting materials for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
• Significant Financial Planning and Analysis experience supporting global, matrixed organizations
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial performance analysis
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating financial insights to senior leaders
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without formal reporting authority
• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex deliverables and competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate ambiguity and deliver against demanding deadlines
