Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Stanton Optical, you will be the sales leader, assisting the Brand Manager in supervising and executing action plans to drive sales performance while creating a positive, results-driven team atmosphere. You will be responsible for driving sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include driving sales, supporting Brand Manager duties, building strong partnerships with Clinical services, analyzing reports, communicating with the Support Center and Human Resources, and ensuring proper lab production.
