Email Marketing Strategist

As an Associate Email Marketing Strategist, you will determine and pivot email strategy for clients, analyze performance, and present findings to clients. You will also project manage email tasks, review deliverables, and meet with clients throughout their contract. This is a newly created role to support our growing Email team.

Requirements

• Determine and pivot email strategy based on client historical performance, industry, goals, and best practices
• Analyze performance of email strategy continuously, and present findings to the client month over month with actionable insights
• Achieve at- or above-industry standard metrics for client’s email deliverables
• Project manage all email tasks associated with your clients, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Review all email deliverables for your clients, including copy, design, and automation
• Meet with clients throughout their contract at a minimum for monthly calls, but also as needed to answer questions or collaborate on strategic headwinds
• Coordinating with internal teams (Account Managers, Marketing Automation Specialists, Email Copywriters) to ensure the highest quality of deliverables and client success
• Identifying upsell opportunities
