Senior Account Executive

Nucleus Global is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team in a remote location. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry, with experience managing publications projects. Responsibilities include project management, budgeting, and financial reconciliations, as well as building relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry, with experience managing publications projects
• Proficient in Datavision or iEnvision
• Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and managing project finances
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
