Senior Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager

Nucleus Security is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager to help scale their demand generation engine. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software, and a proven track record of executing and optimizing integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software
• Proven success executing and optimizing integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
• Deep experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
• Interest in AI and exploring new tools to increase marketing efficiency, automation, and personalization
• Strong understanding of attribution, data quality, and marketing automation best practices
• Experience managing paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, review sites like G2)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills – able to turn data into action
• A builder’s mindset: always looking for ways to improve workflows, consistency, and outcomes
• Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving, remote team environment
