Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top commercial talent across Nuvei’s GTM organization. You will manage recruitment efforts primarily for the U.S. and Canada, with flexibility to support hiring in LATAM or EMEA as needed, ensuring the delivery of a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

What You Will Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, develop sourcing strategies, partner with GTM leaders and HR partners, maintain accurate and timely candidate information, champion the candidate experience, drive process improvements, and collaborate with colleagues globally.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a commercial or GTM-focused environment
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates across North America
• International hiring exposure (LATAM/EMEA) is a plus
• Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS recruitment is highly preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse or Workable), and AI-driven sourcing platforms
