Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

This is a high visibility, critical role supporting our Oshkosh, WI and Kewanee, IL sites and will be the finance business partner to the cross functional leaders. You will be a key finance resource for our facilities, leading financial support for multiple value streams and processes.

What You Will Do

Drive both cost and cash productivity in the plants partnering with the leadership team to generate top line growth and gross margin expectations. Prepare reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis to assist in the tracking and improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and cash metrics.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will have experience with plant standard costing systems, knowledge of US GAAP, and proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel. You will be able to travel up to 15% of the time and will have the ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance or Corporate Finance
• Experience with plant standard costing systems
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel
