Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist role is responsible for assisting with sales orders, working with Sales to manage opportunities in Salesforce, and supporting the use of Salesforce reports. The role requires a working understanding of the Order Process and the ability to positively impact Sales Velocity.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Specialist will work with Sales to update information in Salesforce, review weekly reports to ensure supported territory deals are updated, and assist Sales/Pre-sales in supporting the use of Salesforce reports. The role also involves working with Sales Support – Business Operations to ensure all required documents are compiled for the order process.

Requirements

• 4-10 years’ experience in the IT industry
• Sales DNA and understanding of how to positively impact Sales Velocity
• Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other tools
• Knowledge of vendor partner programs and processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with Account Executives and adopt emerging AI tools and technologies
