Translate commercial growth strategies into localized execution plans; build targeted prospect and account lists, field tools, workflows, and actionable performance reporting; and remove friction across the pipeline.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in market development, sales enablement, operations, or an execution-focused growth marketing role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data cleaning, basic modeling, and lookup functions, plus deep comfort navigating CRM systems such as Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to move between high-level market analysis, detailed tool building, and direct stakeholder communication while operating effectively in ambiguity.
• A strong bias for action and a track record of building, testing, and refining practical solutions based on real-world feedback and momentum.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional teams with different goals and operating styles.
• Resourcefulness and sound judgment to know when to move quickly, iterate, or ask for guidance; experience with modern data-targeting platforms is a major plus.
