Role Overview
This is a full-time position based out of our Irvine office. The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will assist with website updates, paid media coordination, SEO initiatives, content management, reporting, and overall digital campaign support to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
What You Will Do
Execute website updates, maintain content accuracy, upload and manage digital assets, support digital lead generation strategies, assist with campaign QA, tracking implementation, and creative updates, monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance trends, and communicate optimization recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, online listing management, SEO, website analytics, or advertising support
- Familiarity with platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, CRM systems, call tracking platforms, marketing automation tools, and online reputation management platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
