The Senior Product Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing product development processes internal to Global Product Management and coordinating processes across departments.
Requirements
- Refine and manage product development processes
- Develop a portfolio view of business cases
- Prioritize business cases and ensure proper distribution
- Track product briefs and roll out best practices
- Manage product management tools and software
- Monitor JIRA and SR backlog
- Manage GPM intranet site
- Ensure proper coordination and participation in cross-LOB RFPs
- Manage post-approval and post-conclusion business case reviews
- Groom product development backlog and work-in-progress
- Develop and publish product roadmaps
- Report on GPM KPIs and analyze revenue, win/loss, and voice of the customer inputs
