Senior Product Operations Manager

The Senior Product Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing product development processes internal to Global Product Management and coordinating processes across departments.

Requirements

• Refine and manage product development processes
• Develop a portfolio view of business cases
• Prioritize business cases and ensure proper distribution
• Track product briefs and roll out best practices
• Manage product management tools and software
• Monitor JIRA and SR backlog
• Manage GPM intranet site
• Ensure proper coordination and participation in cross-LOB RFPs
• Manage post-approval and post-conclusion business case reviews
• Groom product development backlog and work-in-progress
• Develop and publish product roadmaps
• Report on GPM KPIs and analyze revenue, win/loss, and voice of the customer inputs
