As a digital marketing and technology-driven agency, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated digital strategies across SEO, paid media, CRO, content marketing, social media, and copywriting to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in both paid and organic channels.
- Proven experience in paid media, copywriting, and social media campaign management
- Strong content creation, writing, editing, and storytelling skills across platforms
- Proficiency in digital tools and analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities
- Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
- Strategic thinking with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing and advertising platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
