Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Octopus Fleet Team. As the face and voice of Octopus Fleet, you’ll advise and support customers throughout their journey towards transitioning to a sustainable electric vehicle fleet.

Requirements

  • Develop and establish sales pipeline with customers
  • Shape and drive the acquisition of new customers
  • Manage pipeline and record progress in CRM system
  • Champion customer satisfaction and share insights to improve customer experience
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales care
  • Collaborate with wider teams to iterate propositions and materials for B2B market
  • Strategically build pipeline by working with team to create strong relationships
