We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Octopus Fleet Team. As the face and voice of Octopus Fleet, you’ll advise and support customers throughout their journey towards transitioning to a sustainable electric vehicle fleet.
Requirements
- Develop and establish sales pipeline with customers
- Shape and drive the acquisition of new customers
- Manage pipeline and record progress in CRM system
- Champion customer satisfaction and share insights to improve customer experience
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales care
- Collaborate with wider teams to iterate propositions and materials for B2B market
- Strategically build pipeline by working with team to create strong relationships
