Role Overview
Responsible for sales administration, contract review and sales support. Daily interaction with customers, sales staff, internal departments and intercompany business units.
What You Will Do
Manage quotations, contracts, PPAP requests, pricing, account adjustments, customer master files, reporting and part number management. Coordinate credit approval / credit limits with the Finance Department.

Requirements
- College Diploma / Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- 2-3 years of sales administration, customer service or related experience (preferred)
- Administrative and computer skills (MS Office and CRM/ERP software)
- Detail oriented and good communication skills (Interpersonal and Business Writing Skills)
- Product Knowledge and desire to learn
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Good problem solving skills
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
