We are seeking a commercially savvy, customer-led growth expert to own and accelerate end-to-end customer demand growth for GEEKS2U Services, shape and launch new service propositions, and drive growth across existing offerings. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a high-potential services business within a dynamic retail and digital ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in growth, digital, or customer acquisition roles (ideally within fast-paced, tech-enabled environments)
- Strong capability across channel strategy, performance marketing, and funnel optimisation
- A proven ability to drive outcomes through influence and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
- A data-driven mindset, using insights and experimentation to deliver continuous improvement
- A bias for action, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver at pace
