Role Overview
The Data Analyst will assist with all aspects of data input, usage, and related training with Ohio’s Colleges and Universities and the Higher Education Information System (HEI) and Ohio Technical College (OTC) systems.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will perform analysis to assess and maintain data quality standards for data submissions from campuses through the HEI system, and assist in the development of queries to identify common submission problems and errors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong quantitative, analytical and writing skills
- Familiarity with statistical software such as SAS and SPSS; knowledge of SQL
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software
- Ability to work in data collection and research environment
- Capable of writing detailed documents, conducting research in a team environment, and working with complex data
- Experience making presentations and leading discussions
- Solid customer service skills and teamwork experience are essential
