Senior Manager, GTM FP&A

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, GTM FP&A, you will serve as a trusted finance partner to senior GTM leadership, driving high-impact initiatives and enabling long-term success. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as partnering with business leaders to ensure accuracy and consistency.

What You Will Do

You will own the consolidated GTM expense forecast, manage and develop a team of financial analysts, and partner closely with senior business leaders to evaluate investment decisions and measure program performance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA, consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 experience is a plus
  • Experience partnering with Go-to-Market organizations, including Sales, Partners, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Development
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting
  • Proficiency with FP&A systems, Anaplan and Workday experience is a huge plus
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tools and leveraging them to improve finance workflows and operational efficiency
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with strong PowerPoint and/or Google Slides capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business recommendations
  • Prior experience in a high-growth technology, software, or SaaS organization is preferred

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range between $182,000—$249,700 USD for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area
  • Annual base salary range between $162,000—$223,300 USD for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington
