We are seeking an Engineering Director, Growth to lead the backend engineering teams responsible for architecting and scaling the systems that power OKX’s global user growth engine.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role in growth or marketing technology teams
- Proven experience leading backend engineering for growth systems such as campaign, task, reward, referral programs or affiliate programs stacks
- Deep hands-on experience with micro-services, distributed systems, data pipelines, and API development
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and modern backend architectures
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (CRM, ad tracking, attribution, affiliate management platforms)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
