Senior Business Analyst, Investment Data Operations (12 month direct contract)

The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate data for investment systems and supporting business requirements. 4 days/week in-office hybrid work. 12-month direct employment contract with benefits.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Commerce & Finance or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Data Operations, back and/or middle office, and/or in an investment and financial systems administration
• Knowledge of data management principles and practices
• Knowledge of investment data domains, such as reference data, market data, risk analytics, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving ability
• Experience with or willingness to learn ODBC report writers such as Crystal, Access
• Experience with SQL queries is an asset
• Working knowledge of MS Office including excel spreadsheets with real time links and access databases
• Experience with Azure DevOps an asset
