Role Overview
The Director of Marketing Analytics will lead the marketing analytics function, owning the roadmap from measurement through advanced modeling, and drive it largely independently. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with a focus on attribution, media mix modeling, and predictive lead-value scoring.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include setting and leading the marketing analytics agenda, owning attribution end to end, leading advanced causal work, and owning the predictive and data-science work that drives spend. The Director will also direct the build of the measurement foundation with data engineering, own the analysis of the pre-lead funnel, and lead and grow the team.

Requirements
- 8 or more years in marketing analytics, marketing data science, or growth analytics
- 2 or more years leading analysts or data scientists
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- Deep, hands-on attribution and marketing-measurement experience at real scale on paid digital
- Media mix modeling experience
- Incrementality and geo-lift testing experience
- Genuine data-science depth
- Strong statistical and experimental judgment
- Strong SQL and working Python
- Experience with a customer data platform
- Excellent business judgment and executive communication
