Requirements
- Identify, pursue, and close new B2B accounts while deepening relationships with existing clients
- Build a healthy, consistent sales pipeline using disciplined outreach and follow-up
- Track and report on key sales metrics, win rates, and pipeline activity
- Learn and support day-to-day production processes, vendor coordination, and quality control
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement operational improvements
- Gradually assume responsibility for workflow management, staffing decisions, and vendor relationships
- Lead with a servant mindset; support the team, remove obstacles, and create conditions for others to succeed
- Model accountability, transparency, and integrity in all interactions
- Foster a culture of ownership where every team member feels invested in outcomes
- Develop fluency in financial performance: revenue, margins, costs, and profitability drivers
- Participate in budgeting, pricing strategy, and business planning
- Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the company
Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 annually
- Annual Profit Sharing: A meaningful percentage of annual profits distributed above baseline
- Equity / Ownership Path: Partial ownership available after Year 2 through structured acquisition
- Majority or full ownership transition available Years 3-10 through a clear, fair, and mutually agreed upon purchase process
