Role Overview
The Regional People Operations Specialist is a key contributor within the Tier 2 People Operations function, responsible for driving the effective resolution of complex, regionally nuanced People matters.

The role acts as a critical bridge between Tier 1 service delivery and strategic People partners, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes with a strong emphasis on compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, or a related field.
