Client Partnerships Manager

Role Overview

The Client Partnerships Manager will own client relationships, sales opportunities, service delivery, and day-to-day technical coordination for a growing technology company providing high-performance infrastructure and hosting solutions to the financial markets.

What You Will Do

The Client Partnerships Manager will act as the primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and escalations, and will identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client management, customer success, account management, or technical account management
• Experience working with technology, infrastructure, hosting, data centers, IaaS, cloud, or related services
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently discuss infrastructure and troubleshoot issues at a high level
• Experience working with financial services, trading, fintech, or market infrastructure is a strong plus
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, upselling, or managing client accounts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues from start to finish
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move projects forward without constant direction
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
