Sales Operations Coordinator

Role Summary

Operational lead for wholesale order flow. Owns the lifecycle from buyer PO → BlueCherry allocation → confirmed OA. Primary buyer-facing contact for order confirmations, edits, and status.

Core Responsibilities

  • QC buyer POs (units, dollars, pricing, styles, colors)
  • Submit and log orders (OBM) with standardized formatting
  • Allocate and stock-check in BlueCherry
  • Flag shortages and manage OA release
  • Serve as main ops contact for buyers
  • Maintain customer rules and system accuracy
  • Escalate issues within defined timelines
  • Back up Order Entry when needed

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years wholesale order management
  • Strong buyer-facing written communication
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, data validation)
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • ERP familiarity (BlueCherry or similar)

Nice-to-Have

  • Apparel industry experience
  • NuORDER familiarity
  • Multi-brand environment exposure
  • Experience supporting founder/exec
