As a Sales Operations Analyst at OnLogic, you will be a strategic partner to the Sales team, focused on maximizing sales efficiency and driving revenue growth. This role requires an on-site presence at either our Cary, NC or South Burlington, VT office. You will leverage your operational expertise and project management skills to drive mutual success alongside a dynamic team focused on sales enablement, process design, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of prior experience in sales operations, business operations, and/or project management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot) and an ERP system
- A strong sense of individual accountability, ownership, and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing business
