Financial & Data Analyst role for a physician-led network with a progressive model of physician leadership across family medicine, internal medicine, OB-GYN, and pediatric practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, within the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data (e.g., revenue cycle, claims, EMR/EHR data)
- Advanced Excel skills (including data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
