Role Overview
The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and Value Stream leaders to understand and drive financial and operational performance. The role will support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, with a strong focus on margin, labor productivity, cost reduction, and operational KPIs.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will analyze business performance against budget, forecast, and strategic goals, track and analyze key financial and operational information, and support margin improvement, labor productivity, and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial model building and analysis of large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across Finance, Operations, and other functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, financial statements, and key financial drivers
- Growth mindset, self-starter, innate curiosity, and a problem-solving mentality
- Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar data and visualization tools preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, MRO, or aerospace environment preferred
