Role Overview
Onwards HR is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of closing large, complex B2B SaaS deals. This is a 100% new business acquisition role focused on selling to high-value HR leaders at enterprise organizations.
What You Will Do
Prospecting, engaging, and running strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Fortune 500 companies. Managing the full sales cycle for mid-market & enterprise accounts, developing relationships with CHROs, HR Compliance Officers, HR Tech Leaders, and Payroll Heads.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (HR tech, compliance, or enterprise software preferred)
- Proven track record of closing $100K+ ARR deals and hitting/exceeding a $1M+ quota
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 HR teams, CHROs, and compliance decision-makers
- Comfortable managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3-6 months)
- Strong ability to build trust, navigate complex organizations, and drive consultative sales
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, ADP, or other HRIS/enterprise platforms is a plus
