Role Overview
Develop awareness and expertise around the donor pipeline at Open Doors, collaborating with the Associate Director of Mid-Level Relations to implement strategies for donor growth and retention. The role involves providing relational care to mid-level donors, engaging with caseload donors and prospective mid-level donors, and maintaining accurate documentation of donor interactions.
What You Will Do
Regularly engage caseload donors and prospective mid-level donors through weekly phone calls, handwritten notes, emails, and personalized outreach. Complete assigned projects, including contributing to departmental brainstorming, supporting mid-level campaigns, and implementing additional touchpoints.
