Salesforce Developer, Revenue Systems

Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for building and strengthening Open Systems’ internal Salesforce development capability, reducing reliance on external implementation and development partners. This role will lead the design, development, and maintenance of core Salesforce platform solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, and platform-native capabilities.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards, security, release management, and deployment practices
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, REST API, Jitterbit and Integrations, Triggers, Batch Visualforce
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, coding best practices, data mapping, integration mechanics, and release processes
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Jenkins and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments and resolving production issues
