Role Overview

WPP Media is seeking a commercially driven growth leader to accelerate the adoption and commercial success of media, analytics, data, technology and AI solutions across APAC. The role is focused on opportunity conversion, commercial execution, solution activation and measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

The AVP, Client Growth & Solutions, APAC will execute the regional growth agenda, convert opportunities into revenue and ensure strategic solutions are successfully activated across priority clients and markets.

Requirements

• Significant experience across media, commercial strategy, business development, consulting, analytics or client leadership.
• Proven success managing growth pipelines, commercial opportunities or strategic client programmes.
• Experience developing integrated client solutions across media, analytics, data, technology and AI.
• Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, opportunity management and revenue growth.
• Experience leading strategic pitches, proposals and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive execution across complex, matrixed organisations.
