As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance through reporting, analytics, process optimization, and CRM administration. You’ll play a critical role in supporting operational excellence across the revenue organization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience working within a SaaS or technology-driven organization preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience supporting CRM hygiene, reporting, and operational processes
- Ability to organize priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Curious mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes and systems
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Clari, NetSuite, or BI/reporting tools is a plus
