Finance Systems Specialist

Role Overview

The Finance Systems Specialist will own the finance systems estate for APAC entities, providing support and maintenance for key platforms such as NetSuite, Kyriba, and Concur. The role will involve identifying repetitive support work and automating it through process improvements and AI-assisted tooling.

What You Will Do

Provide L1/L2 support for Finance Systems, maintain operational reliability of key finance platforms, identify and automate repetitive support work, and troubleshoot integrations between finance systems and banks.

Requirements

• Experience with NetSuite and L1/L2 application support
• Comfortable working across system boundaries
• Hands-on experience with an integration platform (e.g. Workato)
• Ability to write queries or small scripts (SQL/SuiteQL, Python or similar)
• Exposure to Coupa strongly preferred
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to managing tickets, priorities, and escalations independently
