Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, program operations, construction operations, or a related role
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
