Product Operations Senior Manager – Blu EV

The Product Operations Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of all BluEV products and assets across the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in product operations, quality management, after-sales, or OEM management
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems for motorcycles or EV components
• Experience with QC processes, inspection frameworks, warranty systems, and root-cause analysis
• Proven ability to manage external partners and complex technical relationships
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid analytical and reporting capabilities
