Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and market share targets, developing territory sales plans, and managing distributors and channels across Indonesia and the Philippines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of sales & business development experience in forestry, outdoor power equipment, industrial tools, or related sectors
• Proven experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels in Southeast Asia
• Experience working across Indonesia and the Philippines is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently across large, diverse territories
• Fluent in English & Chinese (+ Bahasa Indonesian speaking distinct advantage)
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia and the Philippines (50–70%)
