What You Will Do
Design, develop, and scale enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across the organization. Build and maintain centralized semantic models, developing high-performance Power BI solutions, and partnering with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with a degree, additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of advanced Power BI development experience, including enterprise semantic modeling and performance optimization
- Proven experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization within the insurance or financial services industry
- Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and data quality validation
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric preferred
