Role Overview

The Inside Sales Supervisor will play a pivotal role in identifying potential, building confidence, and helping aspiring sales professionals grow into high-performing contributors and future leaders. This role is responsible for coaching, performance management, employee development, onboarding, accountability, and sales process execution.

What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Supervisor will lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives through one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and ongoing performance feedback. They will drive daily sales activity, customer engagement, prospecting efforts, CRM utilization, and team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of inside sales experience
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, coaching, or management experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, and coach others
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
