Role Overview

The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations will work on the Oscar Growth Operations team to support and optimize Oscar’s sales channels and partnerships. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include managing implementations and onboarding operations with key distribution partners, identifying and resolving gaps within sales processes, and providing advanced support on complex escalations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The role requires 3+ years of experience in an operations role, experience using basic SQL queries, and experience working with CRMs and sales operations solutions. Bonus points are given for experience working within the healthcare or insurance industries.
