What you’ll do
Accounts Receivable Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients
- Partner closely with the Client Services team to coordinate and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring timely collections and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain clear SOPs to reduce friction points between the AR function and client-facing teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and client follow-ups on outstanding payments
Operations & Process Improvement
- Identify and document operational inefficiencies between Finance/Accounting and other departments, proposing and implementing solutions
- Champion continuous process improvement initiatives with a focus on enhancing data collection practices that enable faster, more informed decision-making by leadership
- Design and maintain operational reports and dashboards (using Excel/Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online) that provide real-time visibility into AR status, cash flow, and key financial metrics
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems and workflows, identifying gaps where better data capture can improve reporting accuracy and speed
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) process improvements on an as-needed project basis
- Act as an internal liaison between departmental teams and the external accounting provider, ensuring smooth information flow and consistent execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work directly with department heads to translate financial data and processes into actionable insights for non-finance teams
- Support leadership with operational reporting, financial dashboards, and ad hoc data requests that support fast, confident decision-making
- Build strong working relationships across the organization to foster a culture of financial accountability
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in revenue operations, agency operations, finance operations, or similar
- Experience managing high volume Accounts Receivable
- Experience in a services-based or agency environment preferred
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent cross-department communication skills

Expected Compensation range: $75,000 – $85,000 CAD depending on experience.
