Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview

Lead integrated marketing programs to generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth. Own demand generation strategy across paid media, email, website, content, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.

What You Will Do

Own performance across the funnel, using lead quality, conversion, acquisition cost, pipeline, and revenue data to identify opportunities and recommend optimizations. Develop audience, lifecycle, nurture, and testing strategies that improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, funnel performance, paid media, campaign measurement, and budget management.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign management technologies.
• Strong analytical and testing mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and pipeline data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to establish priorities, guide contributors, and collaborate effectively across teams.
