Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of User Acquisition will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of all paid and organic acquisition efforts. This role owns the company’s entire acquisition engine — managing large-scale media investments across online and offline channels while driving scalable and efficient user growth, with clear accountability for CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Requirements
- Develop and execute full-funnel user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Lead multi-channel acquisition programs including Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Google (Search, UAC, Display), Programmatic, Affiliate, OTT, Native, and relevant offline channels.
- Own and scale SEO, GEO, ASA, and ASO strategy and execution across both Web and App environments (technical SEO, content optimization, authority growth, app store visibility, etc.).
- Design and manage comprehensive tracking, analytics, and attribution frameworks (GA4, pixels, MMPs, incrementality testing) across Web and App products.
- Ensure accurate measurement of CPA, ROAS, LTV, and incremental lift.
- Own the planning, allocation, and optimization of significant media budgets, ensuring efficient spend, disciplined testing, and scalable growth.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and emerging growth opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Creative teams to drive integrated growth.
- Present performance insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- 8–12+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
- Proven experience scaling online B2C brands with both Web and App products.
- Demonstrated experience managing high media spend budgets (Over $10M yearly budget).
- Deep expertise across paid acquisition channels, including digital and offline.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO/ASO /GEO best practices.
- Advanced understanding of tracking systems, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience presenting performance insights to executive leadership.
- Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and U.S.-market fluency.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible hours to support U.S. time zones.
- Continuous work on a personal computer.
- Ability to work from home including stable internet connection.
- Ability to work from the office in Petach Tikva 2-3 times per week
- Occasional travel to headquarter office in Los Angeles if necessary.
