Outreach is a complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in equipping Sales teams to perform at their best, driving programs that improve rep performance, accelerate ramp, and reinforce how we sell. The role is focused on execution with impact, partnering closely with GTM leaders, Product Marketing, and senior enablement team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marketing, business, education or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years developing learning programs for sales/revenue teams
- 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization
- Strong ability to translate concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Data-informed mindset—you use insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Familiarity with change management approaches (e.g. the ADKAR model)
- Ability to analyze outcomes and utilize data insights to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
- Prior experience with different CMS / LMS platforms and Conversational Intelligence tools
