Role Overview

The District Sales Manager (DSM) will lead the Pabst region in Indiana, building strong distributor and retail partnerships, executing against brand priorities, and driving growth across the region. The role involves turning strategy into action, using insights to shape plans and programs, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

What You Will Do

The DSM will help shape how Pabst brands show up in the market, build and grow strong partnerships with distributors and retail accounts, lead execution of promotions and distribution initiatives, and create compelling sales stories.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • 1+ years of CPG sales experience (beverage/alcohol preferred)
  • Experience with pricing, forecasting, and market trends
  • Background in distributor management and planning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
