Inside Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

Role Overview

Pacific Office Automation is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Bend, OR. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing warm sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and handling high-volume phone calls and emails. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and organizational skills. The candidate will work in a team-player environment and have opportunities for growth and advancement.

What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for sourcing warm sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email, understanding customer needs and requirements, and handling high-volume phone calls and emails. They will also be responsible for accounts receivable and have strong problem-solving abilities and phone presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• High quality verbal and written communication
• Strong math abilities necessary
• Experience with accounts receivable highly preferred
• Experience using spreadsheets, database, and word processing software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
