Director, FP&A

Role Overview

The Director of FP&A leads the financial planning, analysis, and forecasting function for the Enterprise business. This role owns financial strategy for the business — through lower management — and reconciles multi-stakeholder views to drive decisions with long-term organizational impact.

What You Will Do

Own and drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes end-to-end, set financial targets and KPIs in partnership with the executive team, and hold department heads accountable to them.

• Strong financial and operational management capabilities
• Experience developing leaders and succession planning
• Executive-level presentation and influence skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
• Experience with financial planning software (Anaplan, Workday, Adaptive, etc.)
