Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Commerce, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations / Billing / Customer Support / MIS
- Strong data handling and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
