Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on media buying experience (TikTok required)
- Proven track record managing and scaling paid campaigns with clear performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC)
- Strong understanding of TikTok ad ecosystem, including creative testing and platform-specific behavior
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) or demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up
