PalmPay is seeking a User Growth – Card Services Manager to drive card product adoption, user acquisition, and engagement across its platform in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. The role involves managing card operations, executing promotional campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize growth opportunities.

• Lead growth initiatives to increase user acquisition, activation, and retention for PalmPay card products.
• Manage end-to-end card operations — from issuance and activation to transaction monitoring and customer experience.
